One major contribution that continued to build the merit and integrity of Wilkess University was in 1996  when Mrs. Geraldine Nesbitt Orr established The Nesbitt School of Pharmecy. Then in 2004 The Jay S. Sidhu School of Business and Leadership. The program there distiguishes itself by combing emotional inteligence with business skills. In 2005 the university purchased 80,000 square feet downtown for the Henry Student Center. Recently, The Cohen Science Center open four floors with the $35 million dollar high tech laboratories.

Senior integrative media major Kevin Schiel won the College Tabletop Award at the Pennsylvania Consortium on Video Games.  Kevin designed a tabletop card game. He also won the Gold Award in the 2016-2017 for “Animated Infograph” in the category of Television Advertising. Kevin Schiel created an animated graphic video, which outlined to receive approval from the Food and Drug Administration. The two minutes video was made as an informational guide for Pfizer Inc. These award-winning creations began as class assignments for integrative media.


The University Conservatory has an exceptional discipline study in music and dance.

This program is a leading source for arts education and interaction with the community. The faculty is made up of instructors who maintain active careers. These guest performers, composers, musicians, and artists are seasoned professionals creates an atmosphere of creativity and industry savvy.
